Automated Paper Cup Production Process

Unwinding:

The bottom roll and cup body roll are installed separately on the machine.

Stamping:

The bottom roll is punched into circular cup plates through a circular mold.

Heating and bonding:

The cup body is rolled into a cone shape and the bottom edge is heated. At the same time, the cup film is sent to the designated position and firmly pressed together with the cup body through the hot pressing station of the machine.

Cooling and shaping:

After the adhesive is cooled, a complete and sealed paper cup is formed.
